Privacy policy

1. Controller

The data controller is HybridUs, [morada], contact [email].

2. Data collected

Registration data (name, email), usage data (conversations, commands), session logs (logins, logouts, IP) and payment data (handled by Stripe; we do not store the card number).

3. Purpose

To provide the service, authenticate the user, process payments and improve the application.

4. Conversations

Conversation history is private and tied to the user's account. It is not shared with other users nor with the user's company, including its administrators.

5. Processors

To operate, the service relies on third parties: Stripe (payments) and the AI providers (Google Gemini, Groq), to which the request text is sent. Speech recognition in the browser may be performed by the browser's provider.

6. Retention

Data is kept while the account is active and for the legal period after cancellation.

7. Rights

The user may access, correct, delete or export their data, and withdraw consent, by contacting [email]. They may also complain to the CNPD.

8. Security

Passwords are stored hashed and access can be protected by two-factor authentication.
